All of our products and end fittings are designed in-house using state-of-the-art 3D design software. Once the design is complete, production moves to our factory where the fittings are manufactured on our high performance CNC machines by trained staff.
Computer controlled production allows us to attain high tolerance levels and allows us to make sure that the fittings that you receive in you lighting kit are all identically finished to the same high standard.
Unlike the vast majority of our competitors, we factory terminate and polish the ends of our fiber optic harnesses. This small but very important step allows us to guarantee that all our kits will allow the greatest possible amount of light to travel through the harness and out the end fitting.
We are quality focussed. All our illuminators are fully burn-in tested by us before they are packed and despatched to our customers. Doing this ensures that the illuminator you receive in your kit will work properly out of the box.

IBS Acoustic Hood for Blowers & Acoustic Enclosures

Fully portable by forklift and therefore suitable for material collection anywhere on site in all industrial and commercial applications, IBS offer the FVP 25 Portable Heavy Duty High Performance Industrial Vacuum Loader.

Able to collect a range of materials including fine particles through to aggregates up to 50 mm in size, the unit has a maximum loading rate of 3 tons per hour over 40 meters or further if utilised with a vacuum interceptor skip and fixed pipework system.

Units can be supplied on short or long term hire, contract hire or lease.

American Black Walnut Flooring

We source our Blueridge Real American Black Walnut logs from the UK/Canadian Border. This means that our Walnut Flooring is made from the finest slow grown timber taken only from sustainably managed forests, so you can be sure that your purchasing decision is not literally costing the earth. The hardwood is steamed during the manufacturing process to darken the wood to a rich brown colour. There are cheaper Chinese grown walnut floors on the market but without the close grain and rich colouration of our Canadian Walnut, and certainly without the ecological credentials of our wood.

Blueridge American Black Walnut (Juglans Nigra) is probably our best selling floor. We think it is probably one of the richest looking and finest quality Real American Black Walnut floors available on the market. We have it made exclusively for us in Singapore using logs sourced from sustainable forests on the Canadian / US border.

We have developed a 100% hardwood 3 layer sandwich construction for our Blueridge Walnut engineered flooring. Why? Simply because it is much more stable than other methods. All of the bonded layers will respond to moisture differentials at the same rate, thus placing less pressure on the glue layer and making it less likely to distort or fail under stress. Because we use more of the log to make our flooring there is less waste so it’s good for the environment too.

Bona R850 Adhesive

Bona R850 is an elastic 1-component silane based adhesive for solid and engineered wood flooring. The hardened adhesive is able to withhold thrust during expansion, whilst the resistance against shrinkage is very low – therefore tensions to the sub floor are reduced. The use of primer is generally not necessary but is compatible with R410 primer. The adhesive hardens by a chemical reaction with moisture.

Rotary Seals, Filters, Sifters and Diverter Valves

Blowers

Roots type blowers play a vital role in many processes. Applications range from pneumatic conveying of granules and powders to aeration of water and sewage. They are generally very reliable machines but when worked very hard they may breakdown.

Some companies offer new, reconditioned and service exchange machines. Don’t accept an 8 to 16 week lead time for new blowers, look for a company who hold a range of new, reconditioned and service exchange blowers in stock ready for immediate despatch.
